V1 editor Matt Ball sat down with Dangermond at the American Planning Association meeting in Las Vegas, where he gave a keynote address on, “ Creating Our Future: The Geographic Perspective .” This first segment of a two-part interview deals with the current status of our planet and the role that geographic knowledge and tools play in righting the course.
