Aeroterra Opens Subsidiary in the United States

Buenos Aires, Argentina, 1/17/2005 - AEROTERRA S.A. (Buenos Aires, Argentina) has the pleasure of announcing the recent creation of AEROTERRA USA, LLC, a fully-owned subsidiary with the mission of offering to the competitive American market, the products and services that AEROTERRA produces in Argentina and to tighten the relationships the company maintains with US corporations.

With offices strategically located in the City of Miami, Florida, at 801 Brickell Avenue (Suite 901), AEROTERRA USA will be the commercial arm of the argentine corporation. Through this venue, US companies will be able to access highly trained and qualified low cost resources for their GIS projects need.

Eduardo Viola, Executive Vice-President of AEROTERRA S.A., has more than 20 years of experience in GIS and IT, and an excellent understanding of the needs in the US market after successfully managing EarthData's operation in Florida from 2001 to 2004. He is now the new President and General Manager of AEROTERRA USA and will be in charge of the operations in the United States.

Mr. Eduardo Viola, whose educational background includes an Industrial Engineer and MSc degree and taught for many years GIS and Remote Sensing at the University of Buenos Aires said: "...This is a new and very interesting challenge in which creativity and talent will play an important role.
