Buenos Aires Council for Family and Human Development Government

The software consists of ArcInfo, ArcSDE, DAK, ArcView GIS, ArcView Spatial Analyst, and ArcView Network Analyst. CFHD will use this software to develop social infrastructure databases of the Province and to identify neighborhoods in need of basic services, hospital locations and service areas, police precinct areas and reporting, as well as the development of social assistance programs. As the project progresses, the project results will be made available online to involved agencies using ArcIMS. With 13 million inhabitants, the province of Buenos Aires is the most populated of Argentina.
